First, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your two-month stay due to inspections regarding water leaks and visits from real estate agents. 🙏 1. Water leak in the dryer room This issue stemmed from a problem with the apartment building itself and required repairs by the management office; this was a matter we had informed you about prior to your check-in. Thanks to your active cooperation regarding the repairs during your stay, we were able to proceed with the interior wallpapering, and we are doing our best to ensure continued action through ongoing communication with the management office. 2. Three real estate visits following prior consent As this property is a home slated for sale but operated as a short-term rental, the agreement included a provision for real estate visits, for which we had sought prior understanding. Records confirm that there were only three visits by real estate agents over the two-month period. I apologize for the situation where a miscommunication—arising from a change from initial consent to a refusal—led to the agents visiting the property. We will strive to manage operations carefully to ensure tenants do not experience any unnecessary inconvenience. 3. Compensation for management fees To compensate for the inconvenience you experienced, we have provided a refund equivalent to one week's management fee. The weekly management fee in your contract was 100,000 KRW, and we have processed compensation for that amount. You can verify this detail in the SamSamM2 contract terms.
