🔸 Check-in is contactless; instructions will be provided on the morning of your arrival. 🔸 As this is a short-term rental rather than a commercial lodging facility, please handle your own cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and trash disposal (including recycling) during your stay. 🔸 Since the property is located in a residential area, please refrain from making excessive noise after 10 PM. ⭐️ Indoor smoking and pets are prohibited. 🔸 Please note that the terrace features specialized construction; cooking, drinking alcohol, and smoking are strictly prohibited there (restoration costs will be charged for any violations). 🔸 You may not register the property as a business address or use it for resident registration (moving-in report). 🔸 Violation of the above terms may result in contract termination without a refund of the rental fee, and the security deposit will not be returned. 🔸 Additionally, the tenant will be held liable for any damages resulting from a violation of these terms.

I loved staying here! The place was spotless and so cozy. A huge thank you to the owner for being incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. The neighborhood is great, too—super convenient, with plenty of places to eat and grab coffee just a short walk away. I would definitely come back!
I was looking for a short-term rental in a hurry and sent an inquiry; thanks to the kind and quick response, I was able to move in right away. The 5th-floor unit gets plenty of sunlight, is clean, and is very comfortable to live in. The terrace is fantastic, too. It was great having air conditioning in every room, and there were fans available as well. I really loved the variety of nearby amenities, places to eat, and things to do. What I appreciated most was the prompt response to every inquiry and the landlord's thoughtful care in checking if I needed anything—it was truly touching. I highly recommend this place!
