🔸 Check-in is contactless; instructions will be provided on the morning of your arrival. 🔸 As this is a short-term rental rather than a commercial lodging facility, please handle your own cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and trash disposal (including recycling) during your stay. 🔸 Since the property is located in a residential area, please refrain from making excessive noise after 10 PM. ⭐️ Indoor smoking and pets are prohibited. 🔸 Please note that the terrace features specialized construction; cooking, drinking alcohol, and smoking are strictly prohibited there (restoration costs will be charged for any violations). 🔸 You may not register the property as a business address or use it for resident registration (moving-in report). 🔸 Violation of the above terms may result in contract termination without a refund of the rental fee, and the security deposit will not be returned. 🔸 Additionally, the tenant will be held liable for any damages resulting from a violation of these terms.

Bora was patient and accommodating regarding my last-minute requests, such as early check-in and extending my stay. While the fifth-floor location might be challenging for the elderly or those with heavy luggage, we enjoyed the walk up as a form of exercise and had a wonderful week. I highly recommend Bora’s penthouse—it’s bright, airy, and gets great sunlight!

I had a wonderful stay! 🥰 The house was beautiful, clean, bright, and very comfortable. It had plenty of natural light ☀️ and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The house was very well-equipped and had all the necessary amenities. I really enjoyed my time here and felt very comfortable throughout my stay. 💕 I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ✨
