Parking was incredible, the place was huge, the location was perfect, and the host was super kind. Everything was great, starting with the price.
I live abroad, but I stayed for 4 weeks during the kids' school break, and I left with only good memories and no inconveniences. The house is much more spacious than it appears in the photos. In particular, the living room is open and airy, making it perfect for a family of four to gather and spend time together. Also, the house is very clean, as if it had only recently been renovated. I chose it based solely on the photos, so I went without high expectations, but everything was better than I thought. The location is also excellent. It was incredibly convenient to be able to walk to anywhere—such as Gangnam Station, Yeoksam Station, and Eonju Station—within 10 minutes. Unless you have mobility issues, walking up the hills actually provides good exercise. Above all, the landlord took meticulous care of us from the very beginning, which made us feel very comfortable. They were worried about mosquitoes, but I didn't see a single one during my stay. If I ever visit Korea again, I definitely want to come back here.
