The property is situated in a quiet location, yet convenience stores, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, and free public parking are all nearby. 1. As the kitchen is not fully equipped, cooking is somewhat difficult; please refrain from preparing complex meals or dishes that produce strong odors. 2. Please be mindful of noise levels after 11:00 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors. 3. Pets are not permitted due to building regulations. 4. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. (Smoking is permitted at the designated area in front of the building and on the rooftop.)
This amount includes all utility charges, such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. There are no additional charges.
