- Check-in is contactless; details will be sent via text message once the reservation is confirmed. - The base occupancy is 1 person, with a maximum capacity of 2 people. - Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM (adjustments possible upon prior agreement). - Immediate eviction will be enforced for the following: unauthorized pets, unauthorized additional occupants, three or more noise complaints from neighbors, or indoor smoking. - Utility fees (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the management fee. - Only small dogs (5kg or under) are permitted, and a separate cleaning fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged upon check-out.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors. - CCTV cameras are installed at the main entrance, stairwells, elevators, and throughout the building's interior and exterior for security purposes. (Not inside guest rooms) - Cooking foods that produce strong odors—such as meat, barbecue, fish, or deep-fried dishes—is prohibited, as standard ventilation is insufficient to clear the smell. - Actual costs for repairs or cleaning may be charged in the event of facility damage, smoking, or damage to fabric items due to contamination.
- Utility charges for electricity, water, and gas are included in the management fee; however, additional charges may be requested in the event of excessive usage.
