Aside from the refrigerator, the unit is in good condition.
It is located just a one-minute walk from Exit 3 of Yeomchang Station (Line 9 Express), so women living alone need not worry about walking home at night, and the building features a secure main entrance.
The management fee covers electricity, water, gas, and general maintenance costs, and is payable in advance.
