• Studio Space: A cozy space suitable for 1–2 guests, featuring ample storage in the wardrobe and shoe cabinet. • Kitchen & Interior: Features an efficient kitchen designed for easy cooking and a stylish white-and-black interior. • Fully Equipped Appliances: Washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, electric cooktop, rice cooker, air conditioner, smart TV, hair dryer, and Wi-Fi. • Fully stocked with tableware, dishes, and cooking utensils for two. • Queen-size bed.
• Transportation: [Lines 2 & 7] 2-minute walk to Konkuk Univ. Station; 4-minute walk to Konkuk University Medical Center; 1 subway stop to Ttukseom Hangang Park, Seongsu-dong, and Children's Grand Park Station.
• Schedule: Check-out is by 11:00 AM, and check-in is available from 4:00 PM. • Contactless Check-in: Check-in is contactless; details such as the room access code will be sent by the morning of your arrival. • Personal Items: Please bring your own disposable items and bedding (pillows, blankets, etc.). (Inquire about paid rental options.) • Noise Control: As the location is in a densely populated residential area, please be mindful of noise. Occupancy is limited to two people; parties and excessive drinking are prohibited. • No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. • No Pets: Pets are not allowed. • Parking & Residency Registration: On-site parking and residency registration are not available.
• Amenities: Convenience store (1-minute walk), self-service laundromat (6-minute walk), and Daiso (4-minute walk). • There are many popular restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries around Konkuk University Food Street.
• All utility charges are included in the management fee. • Additional management fees may be charged for excessive utility usage.
It is in a prime location for transportation; the interior was clean, and I had everything I needed during my stay.

I had such a comfortable and relaxing stay! It’s quiet, the location is great, and there are plenty of places to eat and a convenience store nearby.
