Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage guidelines. As this is a neighborhood with many elderly residents, please refrain from making noise after 9:00 PM. Smoking is prohibited indoors (a special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if you smoke). Parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Please remove your shoes before entering the house. As this is a property intended for monthly rentals, we do not provide towels or amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Consumables such as laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, and standard waste bags are provided initially; however, if you run out, you must purchase additional supplies yourself. Jongno-gu has strict waste separation policies. Fines of up to 1 million KRW may be imposed for violations. Trash and recycling collection days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Please place items at the entrance of the alley in front of the house. Where to buy standard trash bags and food waste bags: Pureun Mart in Tongin Market. Where to buy translucent bags for recycling: The paper supply store at the entrance of Tongin Market. Please ensure the main gate is closed when entering or leaving, as tourists sometimes wander into the yard. Please do not feed stray cats; they will defecate in the yard. Cooking foods with strong odors—such as grilled fish, spicy seafood stew, or grilled meat—is prohibited. Odors permeate the walls and furniture, causing inconvenience to the next guest (a special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged). For safety, please be sure to turn off the intermediate gas valve after cooking. Please use only one-third of the detergent cap for laundry. The washing machine has broken down in the past due to the overuse of detergent. Please take care to ensure that the drain in the yard's water play area does not become clogged with debris.
