(Please inquire separately for additional guests.) ❤ All bedding and towels are replaced after every checkout. ❤ For hygiene reasons, toiletries and personal items are not provided, so please bring your own. ❤ Please dispose of trash and food waste in accordance with recycling and waste separation guidelines. - Never flush wet wipes or food scraps down the toilet, as they can cause clogs. ❤ Deductions will be made from the security deposit (200,000 KRW) in the event of stained bedding, damaged furnishings, excessive trash, indoor smoking, cooking meat (due to lingering odors), or unauthorized pets. ❤ As this is a shared living space, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; failure to do so resulting in complaints may lead to immediate eviction. ❤ If you adhere to these guidelines, I promise to provide the best possible space and service as your host.^^
