Although the accommodation shows some signs of use, the host maintains it very well. There is a kitchen/living area separate from the bedroom, making it a convenient setup for those who work from home. As I was the first tenant (staying around June 17th), the amenities were limited to what is shown in the photos; I recommend bringing your own toiletries (toilet paper and soap are not provided) and cooking utensils (only spoons and chopsticks are available) if needed. There is no dedicated parking (using nearby public parking is recommended). The host is very kind and quick to respond. They did their best to resolve a minor issue that arose. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
I stayed here for a business trip, and the proximity to Seoul Station made getting around very convenient. The space was more spacious than a standard studio apartment and featured a separate bedroom, making it comfortable even for a long-term stay. The accommodation was quiet and well-maintained, and I was pleased with how quickly the host responded to my inquiries. I would definitely stay here again if I visit the Seoul Station area in the future.
