The subway is close to Jeongbalsan Station on Line 3, and the bus is close to the Ilsan Dongbu Police Station bus stop. Parking is available in the building. There is a parking lot from the 1st to the 9th floor. The electric car charging pocket is on the 9th floor.

Please note that if there are other reservations, it may be difficult to adjust the time as you wish, even if you pay a fee. If it is possible to coordinate check-in/out times with the guests scheduled to stay before and after you, we will adjust it so that you can check in at your desired time.

There is a sauna in the basement. ✅ Please note that this is a short-term rental and does not provide any consumables, including bedding, pillows, or towels. ✅ With a desk and a lake view, it is perfect as a workcation spot for daily life and remote work. ✅ It is not possible to move in with large furniture or large appliances. Please inquire and book only if you will make good use of the provided furniture and appliances. ✅ Additional charges will apply for more than 2 people. As additional people will increase management fees, entry is prohibited for anyone not listed in the contract. Please inquire in advance if there will be additional guests. There is an additional charge of 20,000 won per night.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If it is confirmed that electricity, gas, and hot water have been used abnormally above average, the difference may be charged with reference to the past average management fee. In summer and winter, the management fee is changed with reference to the average management fee. Please note. All consumables are not included. As this is not an accommodation where the power is automatically cut off when you go out, we would appreciate it if you could make an effort to turn off the lights, heating, and cooling when you go out and restart them when you return, just like you would in your own home. ^^

This is a bright and neat room with a really beautiful view of the lake park. And you can feel the host's thoughtfulness in every aspect, considering the convenience of the guest. You can just go there with your body. I had a pleasant stay in a safe and comfortable room. ♡
