It's fully furnished, so you only need to bring your luggage and yourself. There are convenience facilities such as an eatery alley, hospital, and commercial facilities within a 5-minute walk, making it very convenient to stay! 🏥

- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in time can be adjusted after prior inquiry. - Smoking is not allowed indoors. (A fine of 300,000 KRW will be charged if caught) - Pets are not allowed. (Eviction if caught) - If fixtures or items (electrical appliances, furniture, wallpaper, etc.) are damaged, the cost will be charged. - If utility usage (gas, electricity, water, etc.) is excessive, additional management fees may be requested.
