Dear Jeong-suk, thank you for staying with us. We appreciate your kind words regarding our great location and interior design. Please note that Samsam M2 operates as a short-term rental service rather than a traditional accommodation business; therefore, consumables such as bedding, towels, and toilet paper are not included as standard amenities. Regarding the bathroom sink, the drain was covered to prevent insects from entering. Although we provided instructions on how to use it conveniently after you inquired, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and will work to provide clearer information about this in advance moving forward. We will continue to strive to provide a pleasant experience for our guests. Thank you for choosing us. 🙂
