Check-in and Usage Information **After Contract Confirmation:** On the morning of your move-in date, we will send you a message containing the access codes for the main entrance and your room, along with detailed usage instructions. **Contactless Check-in/Check-out:** You can check in conveniently without any face-to-face interaction. **Single Occupancy Policy:** The unit is strictly for single occupancy. Co-habitation is not permitted. 2. Utilities and Security Deposit Settlement **Management Fees:** All management fees are included in your payment. However, excessive usage may incur additional charges. **Important:** Please ensure that the air conditioner, lights, and heating are turned off or set to "Away" mode when you check out. 3. Indoor Smoking Policy and Etiquette **No Smoking in All Areas:** Smoking is strictly prohibited (including e-cigarettes) both inside and outside the building, as well as within the unit. **Smoking Violations:** If you are caught smoking, a special cleaning fee will be charged, and you may be subject to immediate eviction. **Noise Control:** Please refrain from loud talking, shouting, or making excessive noise after 10:00 PM. 4. Cleanliness and Waste Disposal **Waste Separation:** Please dispose of trash in the designated areas (located against the wall near the laundry room on the 1st floor). **Food Waste:** You must purchase specific food waste bags and dispose of food waste in the food waste bins located on the 1st floor. Do not dispose of food waste in the bathroom sink or toilet. **Restoration:** Please return furniture to its original position and tidy up the unit upon check-out. **Damages:** Costs may be charged for any damage to furniture, fixtures, or other amenities. 5. Pets and Additional Guests **Policy:** To maintain a pleasant environment, pets are not allowed, and additional guests beyond the number specified in your reservation are not permitted to stay.

Sadang Station is too far away.
Thank you for visiting. It might feel a bit far at first. ^^;;;; It takes about 10–15 minutes from Exit 10 of Sadang Station. If you are taking the subway, however, Isu Station is actually closer. Please keep this in mind should we have the chance to meet again. Thank you.
