๐ฅ Move-in is available from early May, and we are currently setting up all the amenities. Photos will be uploaded once everything is fully prepared. ๐ฅ We take cleanliness very seriously. The unit is fully furnished and equipped to ensure a comfortable stay for a family of four. ๐ฅ The standard occupancy is 3 people, with a maximum capacity of 5. (Additional fees apply for extra guests to cover bedding.) ๐ฅ e.g., If your schedule falls between one and two weeks, please message us, and we will see if we can make adjustments. ๐ฉ Pets (dogs and cats) are not allowed.

Instructions will be sent via KakaoTalk one day prior to check-in. ๐ฅ Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited indoors. Please note that additional cleaning fees will be charged if this rule is violated. ๐ฅ A large refrigerator is provided, capable of storing items such as Sungsimdang cakes. ๐ฅ The CCTV in the 4th-floor hallway is used solely for monitoring occupancy.
๐ Check-in: 16:00 ๐ Check-out: 11:00 ๐ฉ Please take care to dispose of and separate your trash properly. ๐ฉ Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, laundry detergent, and fabric softener are not provided due to personal preference. ๐ฉ You will be held liable for damages in the event of breakage or malfunction of any provided amenities or optional items. ๐ฉ Your security deposit will be refunded after an inspection covering dishwashing, trash separation, stains on bedding or towels, burnt cookware, damage to or loss of kitchenware and room items, lingering odors (such as meat or cigarette smoke), and hair dyeing.
๐ฉ Additional charges may apply for excessive air conditioning use during the hot summer or excessive heating costs during the freezing winter.
