(However, the heating in the duplex is operated by a heater)
- It is within a 10-minute drive from GTX Dongtan Station. - Only one vehicle can be parked for free in this building (parking ticket provided). - There is an airport limousine bus stop in front of Dongtan Shilla Stay. - You can take a seat bus to Seoul Station & Gangnam in front of Dongtan Metapolis.
- We will send you a usage guide message once the contract is confirmed. - Amenities (toothpaste, toothbrush, facial cleanser, etc.) are not provided separately. Shampoo, body cleanser, and conditioner are provided in reusable containers. - Pets are not allowed, and if discovered, you will be asked to leave. - When using the jacuzzi facility, it may take more than 2 hours to fill the tub with water. - This facility is located within Dongtan Hotel Bella, and any noise or actions that cause harm to other guests are strictly prohibited.
- You can climb Banseoksan Mountain (approx. 100m high) across from the accommodation. - You can use the abundant infrastructure in the central shopping district's south plaza, including hospitals, coffee shops, restaurants, food streets, buses, and transportation. - This accommodation is one of the Dongtan Hotel rooms, with an area of approximately 14 pyeong and a duplex structure, which is advantageous for families of up to 3-4 people, including the basic 2 people. - A shared sink and gas stove are available on the lobby floor. (Dishes must be washed after use, and please wait if other guests are using them.) - The microwave is available on the lobby floor (8th floor) due to fire risk in the room. - The washing machine and dryer are located in the customer lounge on the lobby floor. (Laundry detergent is separate.) - The customer lounge is only available during the operating hours indicated on the entrance door. - For contracts of 8 nights or more, one free room cleaning is provided. (Time must be designated with the host / Please keep valuables with you / You must be out of the room during cleaning.) - To ensure smooth drainage, please refrain from using bath bombs or bath additives when using the jacuzzi. - In the event of a fire caused by flammable materials such as parties in the room, all legal responsibility lies with the user, and compensation will be claimed. - Minors must be accompanied by a guardian listed on the family relationship certificate, and minors alone are not allowed to check in.
