It is located in a quiet residential area just off the main road, and transportation is excellent. Subway stations (Konkuk University Station and Children's Grand Park Station) are a 6–7 minute walk away, and bus stops are just 1–2 minutes away. The same applies to the airport bus. There is also a taxi stand nearby. Konkuk University and the university hospital are right across the main road.

Konkuk University and its affiliated hospital are located right across the street, and Sejong University is also nearby. It is a major commercial area featuring Lotte Department Store, E-Mart, Olive Young, a traditional market, and the Konkuk University Rodeo Street.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. An additional management fee may be charged in the event of excessive usage. The rate is based on 1–2 occupants; for 3 or more occupants, an additional management fee of 30,000 KRW per person per week applies.
