Seonyudo Hangang Park is a 5-minute walk away, so you can go for a light run after work or have a picnic on the weekend. You can walk to the Seonyudo Dangsan commercial area.
The management fee includes gas, water, and electricity, but if the usage is excessive compared to the average due to **excessive use by social norms (e.g., running the air conditioner/heater when going out)**, additional charges may be incurred.
The landlord is very kind. Responses are quick. There is a cheaper room in the same building. I initially booked that one, but I had to cancel and pay a penalty fee because I couldn't get in touch with the landlord. It’s a studio apartment, making it a great place to sleep and commute from. The parking lot isn't large, but I was able to find a spot even when arriving late; however, parking would be difficult for vehicles larger than a Sportage. I appreciate the landlord's flexibility regarding changes to or extensions of the rental period. I had a great stay for five weeks!

The house is clean and well-organized. Parking isn't ample, but I had no trouble finding a spot. The landlord responds quickly and kindly. If I need to stay in the future, I would definitely like to come back here.
