This accommodation is directly connected to SRT Dongtan Station and Lotte Department Store. It is not a cramped studio apartment; the living room and bedroom are separate, and the unit is larger than a junior suite. The bed is a Large King size. Please let us know in advance if you require parking. Lotte Department Store features various amenities, including a Starbucks, bakeries, coffee shops, and restaurants. Occupancy is limited to one person. We are looking for a guest who will use the space alone and keep it clean, spacious, and comfortable. Allowing other individuals to enter the unit constitutes a breach of contract; the agreement will be terminated immediately, and you will be required to check out after a prorated refund. (Sharing the space, even for a simple meal, is not permitted.)
This accommodation is connected to SRT Dongtan Station and Lotte Department Store. You can move within the same building after getting off the train. It connects to the SRT station at the B3 level. To access the connecting passageway, enter through the door to the left of the KAIST meeting room; this leads to the officetel parking area.
We will provide check-in instructions once the booking is confirmed. This accommodation is not suitable for children. Please refrain from making inquiries regarding this property. Waste can be sorted and disposed of on the second basement level. Please register your vehicle using the tablet in the kitchen. Parking is paid; the fee is 5,000 KRW per day, payable by the guest. You may use any available free parking spaces at no cost. For long-term stays of two months or more, please send us your vehicle registration certificate in advance, and we will handle the registration for you.
Occupancy is limited to one person. We are looking for a guest who will use the spacious, comfortable, and clean space alone. Allowing entry to other individuals constitutes a breach of contract; the agreement will be terminated immediately, a prorated refund will be issued, and you will be required to vacate the premises. (Even simple meals are not permitted; we apologize for the inconvenience. If unauthorized entry is detected, the contract will be terminated and you will be required to leave.) The space is only minimally tidied; you are required to clean it upon check-in and check-out. Cleaning supplies are provided. No cleaning fee is charged. This is a simple rental arrangement. The user bears full responsibility for any issues arising from the use of the space.
Intentional excessive use of electricity or water, as well as damage to wallpaper, flooring, or furniture, are subject to claims for compensation.
