You may find the host's belongings in the refrigerator and bathroom. ★ Please read before use 1️⃣ Electricity Usage Guidelines (Important) This is a relatively new building (7 years old) that has undergone interior remodeling. ✔ Please turn off all electrical appliances and lights when leaving the property. The tenant is responsible for any power outages or fires caused by excessive electricity usage or electrical shorts, so please exercise caution. 🚨 Additional charges may apply if usage exceeds the standard utility allowance. 2️⃣ Waste Disposal & Recycling Guidelines (Very Important) Please ensure waste is properly sorted into general waste, recyclables, and food waste. ⚠ Placing recyclables or food waste in general waste bags may result in collection refusal and fines. ✔ Please purchase your own general waste bags. ✔ Please dispose of sorted waste at the designated area. 📍 Waste Disposal Area Location The recycling and waste disposal area is located about a 3–5 minute walk to the right of the main entrance. 🚨 You must take all trash with you when checking out.

As this is a short-term rental space, you should bring your own personal necessities, though you are welcome to use any of the host's items that are available for shared use. I stayed here for one week during my six-week trip to Jeju; the room was very spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials, making for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly kind, which made the experience even better. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
It is an ideal space for two people and is kept very clean. However, I found it inconvenient that there were only six towels provided for a six-night stay, the only mirror was in the bathroom, and there was no drying rack for laundry. Otherwise, everything else was fine without any issues.
