The property is divided into two separate spaces on a 100-pyeong (approx. 330 sqm) lot: the an-geori (main house - 15 pyeong) and the bak-geori (annex - 7 pyeong). Each is rented separately, and your current reservation is for the bak-geori (annex). If you wish to rent the entire property, please contact us separately. This space is a traditional Jeju old house that has been carefully remodeled with a vintage sensibility. Located directly in front of Songaksan Mountain, with views of Hyungjesum Island, you can enjoy walking, running, and riding along the coastal road. The yard features a spacious deck, table, and fire pit, and the famous surfing beach, Sagye Beach, is also nearby, making it perfect for enjoying water activities.
We recommend using a rental car, and parking is available in the yard and on the main street. If using public transportation, take bus 151 or 152 from Jeju Airport and get off at the 'Unjin Port (Moseulpo)' stop. You can then take a taxi or a local bus to 'Sangmo-ri' and walk from there.

Songaksan Dulle-gil and Olle-gil, considered the most beautiful courses in Jeju, are right in front of the house. Every morning, you can enjoy running, cycling, or walking while feeling the sea breeze, and it's only a 30-second walk to the sea. Famous cafes including Starbucks, local restaurants, convenience stores, and Mara-do ferry terminal are all within walking distance. To maintain a pleasant environment, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding. Due to the nature of a coastal house, please be mindful of excessive utility costs, such as heating in winter. If the basic utility fee is exceeded due to excessive use, an additional charge may be applied.
The rent includes basic management fees (50,000 won per week). However, if the basic management fees are excessively exceeded, additional management fees will be deducted from the deposit.
