Once the agreement is finalized, we will send you a message with move-in details. Move-in is possible starting from the agreed-upon date. A security deposit of 100,000 KRW is required, which will be refunded upon move-out provided there are no issues. Stays of at least two weeks are required, and short-term residency is available. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, and we ask that you refrain from making noise late at night to maintain a quiet living environment. As common areas are shared spaces, we ask for basic tidiness and consideration for others. Shared facilities, such as washing machines and dryers, are freely available for your use, ensuring you have convenient access to essential amenities. We provide simple guidelines to ensure a comfortable and stable living experience, maintaining an environment where everyone can stay without inconvenience.
