As this is a short-term rental, we do not provide disposable items or toiletries (please inquire if there are unavoidable circumstances). Guests are responsible for their own trash disposal, cleaning, and laundry during their stay (please dispose of trash in designated areas). Please ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the premises. Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. Additional cleaning fees and charges for damages will apply if violations are found. (Professional cleaning service cost: 250,000–500,000 KRW) Guests must provide their own personal hygiene products. We are not liable for the loss of valuables. The location was excellent, and the host frequently checked to ensure I had everything I needed and responded quickly, making for a very comfortable stay! The TV is huge, and the place looks exactly like the photos. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you! :)

I booked this place because I fell in love with the Han River view, and seeing it in person was even better.^^ I felt so happy whenever I returned to the accommodation after finishing my errands. Transportation was convenient, and the host was incredibly attentive and caring... I had a wonderful stay.

I stayed for a couple of weeks and was very comfortable. The view was stunning both in the morning and at night! It’s also conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to get around. The building staff member was always kind and showed me where to dispose of the trash—I really appreciated that. One downside was that the shower was a bit awkward to use if you're tall. However, the water was always warm, which was great! Finally, the owner is incredibly kind and made finding the apartment easy! They even took photos of the route from the airport bus stop just for me!
