- Check-in is contactless; details will be sent via text message once the reservation is confirmed. - The base occupancy is one person, with a maximum capacity of two people. - Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM (adjustments possible upon prior agreement). - Immediate eviction will be enforced for the following: bringing pets or additional guests without prior agreement, receiving three or more noise complaints from neighbors, or smoking indoors. - Utility fees (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the management fee. - Only small dogs (5 kg or under) are permitted, and a separate cleaning fee of 40,000 KRW will be charged upon check-out.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors (strict measures will be taken if a violation is detected). - CCTV cameras are installed at the main entrance, stairwells, elevators, and throughout the building's interior and exterior for security purposes (not inside guest rooms). - Cooking that produces odors difficult to clear via ventilation—such as meat, barbecue, fish, or deep-fried dishes—is prohibited. - Actual costs may be charged for damage to facilities or fabric items caused by breakage, smoking, or soiling.
- Utility charges for electricity, water, and gas are included in the management fee; however, additional charges may be requested in the event of excessive usage.
