A cozy and quiet room with a small forest view on the second floor of a country house where a Seoul ajumma lives with her cat in Jeju is available for house sharing for women only. It's clean and quiet because it's hardly used. There's also a piano, and a private bathroom is right next door. The kitchen, living room, veranda, and garden are shared. Come and start your day with the sound of birds chirping.
If you are coming by car, I will provide you with a separate address. If you are coming by public transportation, take airport bus 600 or 601 (4,000 won) right in front of Exit 5 of Jeju Airport. After a 40-minute ride, get off at Donggwang Transfer Center or Shinhwa World, and I will pick you up. If you wish, I can also provide guidance or ride assistance separately.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. Smoking is not allowed in the room.
Shinhwa World is right behind the house, so you can walk there. O'Sulloc is also 5 minutes away. Major tourist attractions in southwestern Jeju, such as Sanbangsan, Yongmeori Coast, Baksu-gijeong, Jungmun, Songaksan Dulle-gil, Sagye Beach, Camellia Hill, and Provincial Gotjawal Park, are reachable within 15-20 minutes by car. It's in an international school district, so there are hospitals, restaurants, and supermarkets.
In rural Jeju, LPG gas is used, and the cost is very expensive. The standard is based on a 10-15 minute shower, and this is for the period of May-October when heating costs are not high. During the period of November-April, additional charges may apply depending on the amount of gas used.
