This is the room where my boyfriend and I stayed for about a month after I recently remodeled my grandmother's house! The wallpaper has been redone, the paint is fresh, the bathroom has been replaced, and everything has been generally renovated. The furniture is also brand new, purchased recently. :) I've tried to provide everything you might need, so there shouldn't be anything missing. I moved my company to the Gangnam area, which is why I'm listing it on 33M2! It's a 20-minute drive to Yeouido and Gimpo Airport. I used to commute to Yeouido, and it was super convenient and fast using the Sinwol-Yeouido underpass! If I left early in the morning, it sometimes took only 15 minutes. For the subway, it's right in front of Gyeongin National University of Education, so it's a 4-minute walk to Gyeongin National University of Education Station on Incheon Line 1. It's also easy to get to Seoul by taking Line 7 at Bupyeong-gu Office after 3 stops, or Line 1 after 5 stops.

Gyeongin National University of Education is just a 2-minute walk from the house, so there are many people taking walks inside. There are cafes, convenience stores, and coin laundromats within a 1-minute walk!

It was a lovely, spacious place close to restaurants and public transport. However, there was hair everywhere, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Unfortunately, the sheets also had an unpleasant odor.
