Lara Architects, a two-time winner of the Gyeonggi Architecture Award, has poured its heart into creating what we consider the ultimate sanctuary. This guest space is managed by a husband-and-wife architect team within the home we built, completed in December 2025. - Public Transport Get off at Osan University Station (subway) and take Exit 2. Board bus No. 8 or 9 and get off at Pilbong Elementary School, Sinjang 1-dong Community Service Center, or Segyo High School. It is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. - Car Exit at Buk-Osan IC. At Sema-dae Intersection, turn left toward 'Osan University Station' and proceed in the direction of Segyo New Town.
0. Check-in is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. 1. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building. 2. As the property is located in a residential area, please be mindful of noise levels. 3. Please use the items provided in the room only within the room itself. 4. Pets are not permitted to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests. 5. Guests may be held liable for damages to furnishings or equipment. Please contact the number below if any damage occurs. Filming for commercial purposes without prior agreement is prohibited. 8. CCTV cameras are installed and operate 24 hours a day for safety and security. 9.
