However, as this is a rental rather than a standard accommodation service, additional services such as bedding, toiletries, and personal items are not provided. Resident registration and use of community facilities are not permitted. Indoor smoking and pets are not allowed. Additional fees apply for occupancy exceeding the standard four-person limit. Compensation fees will be charged for any damage to or contamination of the property. Additional management fees may be charged if the combined management and gas costs exceed 600,000 KRW per month. Move-in is handled via a contactless process (or in-person, if preferred). Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.
