Occupancy & Party Restrictions • No guests other than those listed in the contract are permitted to enter or stay (violation results in immediate eviction without refund). • As this is a residential villa, parties and noise-generating activities are strictly prohibited. 2. Check-in/Check-out & Booking Information • Check-in/Check-out: Specific times will be provided individually before the booking is confirmed. • Rental Rates: Rates vary by season (especially July & August); please inquire via chat before booking. • Services: As this is a short-term rental, housekeeping and additional supplies (towels, consumables) are not provided during your stay. 3. Utilities & Energy Conservation • Water, internet, management fees, and basic electricity/gas are included. • Please turn off appliances and heating when leaving. Usage exceeding average levels may result in additional charges. 4. Cooking & Facility Management • Odor Control: Indoor grilling (meat/fish) and cooking strong-smelling foods (e.g., fermented skate) are restricted (violation incurs a special cleaning fee). • Do not open locked storage cabinets designated for the host. 5. Noise & Safety Precautions • Quiet Hours: Please refrain from using loud appliances after 9 PM and be considerate regarding late-night water usage. • Safety: Exercise caution on the steep duplex stairs and terrace railings (guardians are responsible for accompanying children). • Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet; please separate and dispose of trash at the designated area on the 1st floor. 6. Additional Information • No Elevator: Access is via stairs to the 4th floor (guaranteeing an exceptional ocean view). • Strictly Prohibited: Indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets. We had a wonderful stay! The setting is fantastic and charming. The ocean view is great, and the place is fully equipped with amenities. The host was very welcoming and helpful during our visit, and the two-story layout easily accommodates a large group—truly excellent value for money.
