Please send a photo of the unit after tidying up upon check-out so we can verify its condition. Smoking—including the use of e-cigarettes—is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed. Please be mindful of noise levels during late hours.
A CCTV camera is installed outside the entrance. When requesting a reservation, please provide the reason for the short-term rental (e.g., interior renovation, business trip) and the number of guests; this will help expedite the approval process.
