Please send a photo of the unit after tidying up upon check-out so we can verify its condition. Smoking—including the use of e-cigarettes—is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed. Please be mindful of noise levels during late hours.
A CCTV camera is installed outside the entrance. When requesting a reservation, please provide the reason for the short-term rental (e.g., interior renovation, business trip) and the number of guests; this will help expedite the approval process. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. *Special Terms 1. Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. 2. Gas and electricity charges are based on actual usage. Water is included in the maintenance fee, but additional charges may apply in cases of excessive usage.
