• The property has recently undergone a renovation. • It is located near Dongdaegu Station, Shinsegae Department Store, E-Mart, and Daiso; situated between a large apartment complex and an elementary school, the area is quiet and safe. • Wi-Fi and internet TV are provided. • With two super-single beds and one queen bed, the accommodation is suitable for four people. There is also an additional room where bedding can be set up for two more guests, allowing for a maximum occupancy of six. • Although it is a mixed-use building, the first floor is used as an office by the owner, ensuring a quiet environment, and the first and second floors have separate entrances. • The owner personally handles cleaning and maintenance, ensuring the property is kept clean.
• It is a 15–20 minute walk from Dongdaegu Station, and stations on Line 2—such as Beomeo Station and Suseong-gu Office Station—are also within a 20-minute walk. • Transportation is convenient, with a bus stop located on the main road just a one-minute walk from the house.
• Please refrain from smoking inside the building out of consideration for future guests. • Please note that pets are not allowed. • We will send you an information message one day prior to your check-in. • Check-in is generally contactless, but an in-person check-in is available upon request.
• Conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of Olive Young, Daiso, and E-Mart. • Close to facilities such as the courthouse and district office—just a 10-minute drive away. • A restaurant and dining district is about a 5-minute walk away, yet the location is quiet and safe, situated between a large apartment complex and an elementary school. • While there are no designated parking spots, I can direct you to the areas where residents typically park.
