It may not have a trendy "vibe," but it offers excellent value for money. Although bedding and tableware are not provided, the unit is fully equipped with all essential appliances, as shown in the photos and the list below. While it is a mixed-use building, the owner uses the ground floor as a personal hobby space; consequently, there are no issues with noise or pollution, making it just like a standard home. Additionally, the entrance is separate from the ground floor, ensuring a hassle-free entry and exit. We personally handle all maintenance, including cleaning, with great care.
It is a 15–20 minute walk from Dongdaegu Station, and stations on Line 2—such as Beomeo Station and Suseong-gu Office Station—are also within about 20 minutes. Transportation is convenient, as there is a bus stop on the main road just a one-minute walk from the house.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed. As the property is located near a large apartment complex, loud noise or shouting is not permitted. The building has two floors; you will have exclusive use of the entire second floor (excluding the first floor). It is completely independent, featuring its own external staircase and private entrance. Regarding bedding, I believe there are rental apps available. If purchasing bedding for a short stay is inconvenient, using one of these services might be a good option. There are two paid parking lots nearby. If needed, I can point out areas where residents park, but please be aware that there is a risk of fines in those spots.
The location is excellent, with many essential facilities nearby, such as E-Mart, Daiso, Shinsegae Department Store, and Fatima Hospital. Additionally, the area is safe, as it is situated near a large apartment complex and an elementary school.
I will cover up to 50,000 won per week for expenses such as water and electricity bills.
