- This is a newly built studio apartment near Haebangchon 5-way Intersection and Shinheung Market. - It is close to Shinheung Market, so there are many great restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. - All cooking utensils are provided, so you can stay comfortably.
- Take bus 402 or 405 and get off at the entrance of Boseong Girls' High School. It's about a 5-minute walk. - Take village bus 02 and get off at Haebangchon Intersection. It's about a 3-minute walk.
- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. - Check-in instructions will be sent on the morning of your check-in day. - Up to 2 people can stay, and minors are not allowed to stay without an accompanying adult. - Smoking is not allowed indoors.
The management fee includes electricity, gas, water, and internet.
The place was clean, and the landlord was helpful in answering all my questions. It is truly a safe and wonderful place for one person, and I am sure two people would also enjoy it, as it is spacious.
