This is a clean house where the owner has lived. It is a beautiful place with an open view in a quiet residential area. There is a bed, a dining table, and a dressing table, so you can stay comfortably with just your personal belongings. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave, and basic cooking utensils. Check-in at 3 PM, check-out at 11 AM (negotiable if necessary) ★This house is scheduled to be sold. We ask that only those who will maintain the current facilities and use them cleanly move in.
Both Hansung University Station and Hyehwa Station on Line 4 are accessible, with Hansung University Station being slightly closer (a 9-minute walk). There are various bus routes at Hyehwa Rotary (a 6-minute walk), allowing for convenient travel to areas such as Gwanghwamun and Gangnam.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. Smoking is not allowed in the entire building. (If you smoke indoors, your deposit will not be refunded.)
It is close to Changgyeonggung Palace, Naksan Park, and the Fortress Wall, making it a good place for a walk. It is close to Seoul National University Hospital, making it a good place for hospital staff to use.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
