This is the University District, close to Seoul National University, the best university in Korea. It's a great location to go anywhere in Seoul. It's generally quiet, with a trekking course on Gwanaksan Mountain and a jogging course along a small stream if you go out to the main road. There are many delicious restaurants, and they are generally affordable. It's one of the neighborhoods with the best prices in Seoul. We don't accept just any guests; most of our guests are students, people studying for certifications, or office workers living alone—generally quiet and easygoing. As a host, I thoroughly manage any stress or harm from neighbors.

There are no costs other than the management fee. If there is any damage to the room upon check-out that was not present upon check-in, you will be charged. Upon check-out, all trash and personal belongings must be removed from the room. For large trash or waste, you must contact a disposal company directly to have it removed.
