This is a recently remodeled, fully furnished apartment featuring an unobstructed high-rise view and excellent natural light, thanks to its southeast-facing orientation. We hope you have a relaxing and comfortable stay. The unit is fully equipped with a bed, four floor mattresses, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Check-in is conducted via a contactless process. Weekly extensions are available. Located right next to a market, you can easily find affordable and fresh ingredients, and amenities such as laundromats and supermarkets are close by. The base occupancy is 2 people (maximum 4); additional fees apply for extra guests. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Smoking indoors and the use of fire hazards (such as scented candles) are strictly prohibited. Please note that resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted.
Located in a double station area: 5-minute walk from Namguro Station (Line 7) and a 10-minute walk from Daerim Station (Line 2). Gangnam, Seoul Station, Yongsan, Express Bus Terminal, City Hall, Hongdae, and Sangsu are all within approximately 30 minutes by subway. Korea University Guro Hospital is about 10 minutes away by car. Easy access to major areas of Seoul.
All utilities are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may apply in cases of excessive usage.
I booked this place to stay while my home was undergoing renovations, and I ended up extending my stay because it was so comfortable. The place was neat and tidy upon arrival and well-equipped with all the essentials, making it feel just like home. The neighborhood was quiet and had plenty of convenient amenities, making it a great place to live. The host was kind and easy to reach, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for short-term accommodation, such as during home renovations. Thank you for letting me stay in such a wonderful space!
I stayed here for a week during my recent trip to Korea, and I was extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The place was spotless, and the convenient transportation made it easy to get anywhere. With excellent amenities nearby, I experienced absolutely no inconvenience during my stay. I was especially grateful that, although the accommodation was originally intended for two guests, you provided extra mattresses when we arrived as a group of four. Thanks to this, I was able to spend a week feeling as comfortable as if I were in my own home. I would definitely love to stay here again if I visit Korea in the future, and I would confidently recommend this place to others.
