- Furnished with luxurious wooden furniture. - The layout consists of 2 rooms and 1 living room. - Each room has one queen-size bed. - Equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dinnerware set for 4, cutlery, pots, and pans. - For hygiene reasons, there is no washing machine, but laundry service is provided. (Laundromat 2 minutes away on foot) - Props can be removed upon request.

- Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a move-in guide text message. - Residents are responsible for cleaning, washing dishes, taking out trash, and separating recyclables. - No pets, no indoor smoking, no smelly foods (e.g., pork belly, grilled fish) -> If any of the above occur, a cleaning service fee may be charged. - In case of theft, loss, or damage (severe contamination) of accommodation items, compensation will be claimed.
- Quiet residential area. - Located in the center of Dongtan 1. - Nearby amenities such as laundromats, cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores are very convenient. - Bedding and towels are not provided. ⭐️ If you wish to stay for an additional 1 to 6 days, there is a rental fee of 70,000 KRW per day. Please send us a message. 🧺 We have started providing laundry service. Three times a week, if you put your laundry in the laundry bag we provide, we will wash and dry it and deliver it to your door.

I stayed here for a short time with my family of four due to interior construction, and it was so comfortable! The plates and bowls were just right and pretty. ^^ The dining table was so nice that I was curious about the brand! I was also very grateful that you did the laundry for me! I had a comfortable stay in a beautiful place.
I'm just staying for a short while because of the interior. It was quiet and clean, so it was good to stay with the kids. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no washing machine, but fortunately, there was a coin laundry nearby, so I used it well. Thank you for everything.
