No indoor smoking 🚭 Violations will result in immediate eviction and a fine (as this is a shared building, we must enforce this to prevent complaints from others)
Seomyeon in Busan offers an incredible variety of things to see and eat, plus excellent transportation links. With department stores just a stone's throw away, you can enjoy the local shopping scene in total comfort—even in your slippers. It’s also super convenient to hop on the subway and quickly visit Haeundae, Gwangalli, or Dadaepo to catch the sunset.
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. Please note that additional charges may apply in cases of excessive usage. Please be sure to turn off the heating and air conditioning when you go out. ^^ 👌👌

The apartment is comfortable and equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. It is centrally located, close to key spots in downtown Seomyeon such as restaurants, shopping malls, and nightlife venues. The host was helpful, responsive, and kind. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Busan. Highly recommended.
