It is a 3-minute walk from Hongik Univ. Station (Line 2, Airport Railroad, Gyeongui-Jungang Line). It boasts an ideal location with convenient walking access to the main Hongdae street, Sinchon, Yeonnam-dong, and Gyeongui Line Forest Park.
• Move-in takes place on the lease start date, and move-out on the lease end date; specific times will be arranged with the tenant in advance. There are no fixed move-in or move-out times. • Move-in is contactless. • Move-in and usage instructions will be provided once the booking is confirmed. • No indoor smoking (a cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 applies for indoor smoking) / No pets / No parties.

I suddenly had something to do in Seoul and had to go, so I applied for same-day check-in, and the host kindly responded. I was worried because there were no reviews, but the bed and desk were as clean as new, and the room was very neatly cleaned. The subway station is close, so transportation is convenient, and it was in a safe place for a woman to walk alone late at night. If I have to go to Seoul again, I will definitely book here.
