* Located right in front of Hyangilmun Gate of the Gyeongju Eupseong Fortress. * A 15–20 minute walk or 5-minute drive to Hwangnidan-gil. * Within a 5-minute walk of local restaurants, convenience stores, Seongdong Market, Daiso, Olive Young, and a large supermarket (Top Mart). * Bus and taxi stops are a 5-minute walk away. * A 5-minute drive to the intercity and express bus terminals. * Situated in a quiet residential area. * Convenient access to anywhere in Gyeongju.
* Once the booking is confirmed, a reservation text will be sent, followed by brief instructions the day before check-in. Additional details, such as the door access code, will be provided on the day of check-in. * Check-in and check-out are contactless. * Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 12:00 PM. * Pets are not allowed. * Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. * Additional charges may be deducted from the security deposit if extra guests stay without prior notice. * Fees will be charged for damage to property or stains on bedding and wallpaper.
Located right in front of the fortress; great for walks. Excellent nearby amenities: large supermarkets, convenience stores, Seongdong Market, hospitals, Olive Young, Daiso, popular restaurants, etc. 15-minute walk to Hwangnidan-gil. Within a 10-minute walk of Dongsan Hospital. 5-minute drive to Dongdae Hospital. You may be liable for damages in cases of severe staining (wallpaper, bedding) or property damage. If guests other than those in the reservation enter the premises, the booking will be cancelled without a refund.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may be billed if electricity or gas usage is excessive.

I had a comfortable one-week stay; the convenient transportation and the fact that tourist attractions were within walking distance were great. The house was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the host's kindness and prompt responses.
It's right in front of the Eupseong Fortress, and there are many restaurants around and Hwangnidan-gil is also close, so I was satisfied with the accommodation. The water pressure is strong and good. ^^ 😀
Location of Gyeongju Eupseong. Cleanliness and quiet rest. Hwangnidan-gil is within walking distance.
