Move-in Information - Move-in is contactless - Check-in time: 3 PM / Check-out time: 11 AM - The front door password will be provided before 3 PM on the day of check-in - Free Wi-Fi, YouTube, Netflix - The Wi-Fi password is written on the back of the dual-antenna adapter Special Conditions to Observe - No change of address registration - Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited throughout the building - No pets allowed - This is a residential area, so please refrain from loud noises, singing, or creating noise between floors to avoid complaints (Complaints may result in eviction) - No cash receipts - Food waste, general waste, and recycling are mandatory (behind the 3rd floor) - Compensation will be claimed for damage to furniture or fixtures - There is no wardrobe, only a two-tier clothes rack Violation of the above special conditions may result in immediate termination of the contract without refund. Furthermore, the security deposit will not be returned.
There is a Homeplus within a 5-minute walk. - A queen-size luxury mattress is available for 2 people. - Maximum 2 people - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings - When going out, please be sure to switch the heating system to away mode. If you use heating or cooling excessively during the winter (Nov-Apr) or summer (Jun-Sep) months, you may be charged an additional fee upon check-out. All utilities are included in the management fee.
