The apartment was nice! There were a few minor issues here and there, but the location more than made up for it. Communication with Myung was also very smooth. I would stay here again!
The landlord was kind, but... There was so much mold in the bathroom, and the dust on the window frames was indescribably filthy. I could overlook the uncleaned hair on the floor and in the bathroom as a mistake, but... between the food waste in the sink and the moldy smell throughout the place, I'm worried that breathing the air here isn't healthy. It was incredibly dirty. They offered to cover the move-in cleaning costs, but I’m declining that and just leaving this review instead. It was so filthy; I wonder if this really meets the standards of a country like Korea, where people usually value cleanliness. The stairs are narrow and very dangerous; I feel like I could get seriously hurt if I fell.
