This is a quiet and comfortable space, ideally located near Chilgok Kyungpook National University Hospital and the major hubs of the Chilgok 3-jigu district. Two refrigerators are provided for your convenience; feel free to use them for alcohol, beverages, or cosmetics. 🍀 Please do not hesitate to let me know if anything is lacking or if you need assistance. 🙏🏻 I will do my absolute best to ensure your stay is comfortable throughout your rental period. 🙂
- Utility fees (electricity, water, gas, etc.) are included based on standard usage; however, additional charges may apply in cases of excessive consumption. (For city gas usage between December and March, only the amount exceeding 10,000 KRW per week will be billed.) - To maintain a pleasant living environment, pets are not permitted, and smoking is prohibited indoors. We ask for your understanding in this matter. - Please notify us in advance of any changes to the number of occupants for the purposes of property management and maintaining the living environment.

The place was spotless and smelled great. The host was incredibly attentive and replied immediately whenever I had a question, so I had a very comfortable two-week stay.
