- Utility fees (electricity, water, gas, etc.) are included based on standard usage; however, additional charges may apply in cases of excessive consumption. We ask for your understanding in this matter. - Please notify us in advance of any changes to the number of occupants for the purposes of property management and maintaining the living environment.

This was the first place I booked after downloading the app, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful; thanks to that, I had a very comfortable stay without any issues. Having a convenience store and a supermarket nearby meant I didn't have to worry about food, and the washing machine worked perfectly. Best of all, the place was spacious, lovely, and spotless—even though it was just a temporary stay, it truly felt like home when I came back from work. Thank you!
