You’ve always dreamed of having a loft bed, haven’t you? We’ve decorated this space to be both stylish and neat! We’ve made every effort to fully equip the room so that you can move in with nothing but your personal belongings. It comes fully furnished. Enjoy a cozy and charming lifestyle in this compact room. The desk tucked inside the loft area really makes you want to study. ^^ It is a semi-basement unit, situated just one level down, so it feels just like a ground-floor apartment. With two windows, the ventilation is excellent, and the natural light is great. It is dry and fresh, with absolutely no mold. This is the most spacious of our five studio units. ^^
It is situated in a quiet residential area just off the main road, and the transportation links are excellent. Both Konkuk University Station and Children's Grand Park Station are a 6–7 minute walk away, while bus stops are just 1–2 minutes away. The airport bus is also easily accessible, and there is a taxi stand nearby. Additionally, Konkuk University and the university hospital are located just across the main road.

The rental fee is 20,000 KRW (covering laundry costs). ^^
Konkuk University and its affiliated hospital are located right across the street. Sejong University is also nearby. A major commercial district has developed in the surrounding area, featuring Lotte Department Store, E-Mart, Olive Young, a traditional market, and Konkuk University Rodeo Street.

The host was incredibly gentlemanly. To start with, the place is fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, microwave, and even a hair dryer. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the Konkuk University food street. Everything you need is right nearby, and since there are no other rooms right next door, I had a very comfortable stay. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the ceiling height is low.
