1. The room is spacious enough for two people to live in, offering conditions comparable to a hotel room. The biggest advantage is that you can live here for a month—with meals included—for the same price as a 3- or 4-day hotel stay. 2. While the room is about three times the size of a standard *gosiwon* (budget single-room housing), there are some downsides. There is slight noise from the elevator; it is particularly noticeable in the early morning, so those sensitive to noise should avoid this place. You may also hear the sound of pigeons from time to time. 3. There are three adult-oriented establishments, such as karaoke bars, within the building, so minors should exercise caution.
It is a brisk two-minute walk from Exit 4 of Yeonsu Subway Station. It takes 15 minutes by bus to Songdo, and 30 minutes by taxi to Gachon University or Incheon Airport. Jeju Island is an hour and a half away.
After completing the agreement, simply arrive on your scheduled date. I will provide the access code the day before your check-in. The contract will be signed after you check in.
