1. The room is spacious and large enough for two people to live in. The room condition is similar to a hotel room. The biggest advantage is that you can live here for a month, including meals, for the price of a 3-4 day hotel stay. 2. While the room is about three times larger than a typical goshiwon, there are some drawbacks. There is a slight elevator noise, especially noticeable in the early morning, so those who are sensitive to noise should avoid it. There is also a water pump motor noise that is as loud as a refrigerator. 3. There are three adult entertainment establishments, including a karaoke room, within the building, so minors should be cautious. -Anyway, everyone who comes here is very satisfied with the value for money.

It's a 2-minute walk from Exit 4 of Yeonsu Subway Station. It's a 10-minute bus ride to Songdo, 5 minutes to Gachon University and Incheon University, and a 30-minute taxi ride to Incheon Airport. Jeju Island is an hour and a half away. ^_^
