It is a 2-minute walk from Dongbaek Station and right in front of the BRT stop, so it is very convenient to connect to all of Busan. It is the center of Haeundae Beach and Dongbaek Island, which are a 3-minute walk away. It is equipped with a self-parking lot, so there is no parking stress, and if you leave your vehicle number after making a reservation, we will help you register for free parking.

This is the best location, with a garden promenade right in front of the accommodation and all of Haeundae's famous attractions within walking distance. It's perfect for enjoying a walk around Dongbaek Island in the morning and evening, and the nearby restaurants and cafes are also excellent. We welcome both long-term guests and travelers looking for a quiet, cost-effective accommodation.

The place is spacious and clean, exactly as shown in the photos. Although it is a studio-style unit, it didn't feel small at all, so I had a wonderful stay with my child. Having a convenience store on the first floor and a self-parking garage made things incredibly convenient. It is also very close to Haeundae Beach, and Dongbaek Island is just a short distance away, making it a perfect spot for walks. The host was also very responsive and answered my questions immediately, allowing me to have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
This is a house with good energy. The amenities are well-equipped and it's clean. The sound of birds in the morning and the magpie's nest outside the window were impressive, and I had a comfortable and restful stay.
