It is situated in a quiet residential area just off the main road, and the transportation links are excellent. Both Konkuk University Station and Children's Grand Park Station are a 6–7 minute walk away, while bus stops are just 1–2 minutes away. The airport bus is also easily accessible, and there is a taxi stand nearby as well. Konkuk University and the university hospital are located just across the main road.

Konkuk University and its affiliated hospital are located right across the street. Sejong University is also nearby. A major commercial district has developed in the surrounding area, featuring Lotte Department Store, E-Mart, Olive Young, a traditional market, and Konkuk University Rodeo Street.

I had a truly comfortable two-week stay here. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, so I experienced absolutely no inconvenience during my time. The place was kept very clean, and the quiet, safe environment made it perfect for staying alone. The location was also convenient, making it a very satisfying place to live. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit Korea, and I highly recommend it to others!
