Although it is located on the first floor, the room is elevated by more than half a story, so it feels just like the second floor. It is bright and pleasant, featuring a large window that lets in sunlight all day long. The desk tucked inside the loft area will make you actually want to study. ^^
It is located in a quiet residential area just off the main road, and transportation is excellent. Konkuk University Station and Children's Grand Park Station are a 6–7 minute walk away, and there is a bus stop just 1–2 minutes away. The airport bus is also conveniently accessible. There is a taxi stand nearby as well. If you simply cross the main road, you will find Konkuk University and the university hospital.

The rental fee is 20,000 KRW (covering laundry costs). ^^
Konkuk University and its affiliated hospital are located right across the street. Sejong University is also nearby. A major commercial district has developed in the surrounding area, featuring Lotte Department Store, E-Mart, Olive Young, a traditional market, and Konkuk University Rodeo Street.
All utilities are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may apply in the event of excessive usage of included utilities.
It's cozy and nice.
It was very clean and there were no bugs, which was great. It would be even more convenient and better if you're a Konkuk University student.
