📌 There are many bus stops within a 5-minute walk. 📌 It is convenient to travel anywhere in Cheonan. 📌 E-Mart 24 is a 1-minute walk to the left of the building. 📌 The way home is bright and safe even late at night. 📌 It is a place where public transportation is very easy to use.
You can check in conveniently with contactless self-check-in. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (negotiable with prior notice). 📌 This space is for short-term rental, not accommodation. Toiletries, towels, and bedding are not provided. 📢 Please bring your own personal items. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 📢 Pets are not allowed. 📢 Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. 📢 Please be considerate of neighbors and maintain a quiet environment. 📢 This accommodation uses a *storage-type electric water heater*. Normal showering is possible without issue, but during long showers, hot water may temporarily run out, which is not a malfunction. Continuous hot water use is available from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please note that excessive hot water use during the daytime may result in limited reheating.

It’s really clean and cozy. Parking nearby was easier than I expected (though I imagine it might vary depending on the time of year!). I had a very comfortable stay.

I booked this place in a rush for my internship in Cheonan, and it was so clean and beautifully decorated—it was a truly relaxing stay. 🤍 They were quick to answer my questions and so kind. I’d love to stay here again if I’m ever back in Cheonan! ~♡
