🔑 Check-in is contactless. - We will provide the door lock code on the day of check-in. - We will send an information message once the booking is confirmed. - Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. (Please contact us if you need to adjust the timing.) - The standard occupancy is 2 people; please inquire if you wish to add more guests.
- Business registration and resident registration (moving-in report) are not permitted. - Smoking indoors and pets are not allowed. An additional cleaning fee will be charged. - Please send a message if you have any inquiries or issues.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, you may be asked to pay additional charges if usage is excessive.

I am so grateful for the host's prompt response and quick replies. When I accidentally locked the door without my key and needed to leave urgently, you came over quickly to resolve the issue. You also helped organize my belongings when I mixed up my checkout date and kept them safe outside—thank you so much for that! The location was excellent, with plenty of convenience stores nearby and Samsung Hospital just a 15-minute walk away. There is a park in the vicinity, and many delivery services are available. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as providing trash bags, towels, and toilet paper. When I stayed elsewhere previously, nothing was provided, so it was inconvenient having to buy everything myself; thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay! If I need to visit this area again, I will definitely book this place again!!
