Our accommodation is located in a residential area a little away from the city center, and it is close to Heungmu-ro, which is famous for its cherry blossom path and beautiful night view, so it is good for walking. ❤️ ❤️ When using a car Terminal, Hwangnidan-gil --> about 5 minutes Singyeongju Station --> about 13 minutes * Free parking is available in and out of the apartment complex! ❤️ When using public transportation Terminal, Hwangnidan-gil --> about 10 minutes Singyeongju Station --> about 25 minutes

😀 Located on the 1st floor, it's great for kids to run around and play! 🙂 There are CCTV cameras and security bars around the building, at the entrance, and in front of the veranda, so you don't have to worry even if you're a group of women! 😀 There are many restaurants in the neighborhood, and all convenience facilities such as convenience stores and supermarkets are within a 1-minute walk.

It seems the manager has put a lot of thought into everything. They have everything—even the things you'd wonder, "Do they really have this?" It’s clean, quiet, and in a great location. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful stay in this incredibly clean home. You were so well-prepared that absolutely every daily necessity was provided. The neighborhood is quiet, and I was able to spend a relaxing holiday here.
The interior is beautiful, and we had a very cozy and comfortable stay. It feels much more relaxing and inviting in person than it does in the photos. The host is kind, responsive, and attentive to detail. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the spice rack was fully stocked with every seasoning imaginable—there was even fish sauce! Apparently, we were their very first guests since opening, so everything was brand new. It takes only 12 minutes to walk from the apartment to the Tomb of General Kim Yu-sin; even though the path is well-paved, it felt like walking through a forest. The scent of phytoncides is incredible—it is pure healing. The location is excellent, with major tourist attractions just a 10-minute drive away, and we never had any issues with parking. I highly recommend this place.
